The service
2 of Me reads the accounts you connect and runs the routines you turn on, so that what needs you reaches you and the rest does not. It is offered by Don't Be Evil, Inc. You must be 18 or older and the owner of the accounts you connect.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How we handle it is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
What we ask of you
Use 2 of Me only on accounts you own or are allowed to connect. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get around the terms of the services you connect.
What we promise, and do not
We work hard to keep 2 of Me running and right. It is provided as is: it can miss a message, misjudge one, or be down. Do not rely on it as the only way an urgent message reaches you. To the extent the law allows, Don't Be Evil, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Texts
If you sign in with a phone number, you agree to receive texts from 2 of Me: sign-in codes, alerts from the routines you turn on, and answers to your replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and START to resume. Reply HELP, or write to sam@get2ofme.com, for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is in the privacy policy.
Ending things
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts or asking us to delete your account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
The rest
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. If we change them we update the date above and tell you about anything that matters. Questions: sam@get2ofme.com.
