Unsubscribe from what you don’t read
Reduce the recurring mail you no longer want.
I identify recurring subscriptions that may no longer be useful and help you decide which ones to stop.
A subscription you meant to cancel.
Still want the weekly retail offers?
These are recurring promotions from a store you bought from once. I bring the subscription to you to keep or unsubscribe.
I check the mail before suggesting removal.
Is it a subscription?
I distinguish recurring marketing and newsletters from receipts, account notices and personal messages.
Do you still want it?
I use the history available to me and your preferences to suggest candidates. An unread message alone doesn’t establish that a subscription is unwanted.
What have you approved?
I unsubscribe from the subscriptions you choose, or categories you’ve explicitly asked me to handle.
Keep the subscriptions you value.
Some newsletters are for occasional reading. Others are useful only at certain times. I ask what you want to keep before treating them as clutter.
“Are there newsletters you want to keep even when you don’t read every issue?”
Stop the recurring interruption.
Once you approve a subscription for removal, I handle the unsubscribe process. If it needs an action from you, I tell you what remains.
